Pricing and Purchase Process

At Tiny Acres Cattle Company, pricing is based on breed, color and markings, chondro status, estimated mature height based on parentage, and sex of the calf. Our goal is to be transparent and consistent while matching each calf with the best possible home.

Each calf is raised with careful management and hands on care. Pricing includes:

  • Scour Guard and Enforce 3 at birth
Provides early protection against common causes of calf diarrhea and respiratory disease, helping support a strong immune start.

  • Vision 7 and Cattle Master Gold vaccinations
Core vaccines that protect against major clostridial diseases and common viral respiratory infections in cattle.

  • Bangs vaccination for all heifers
Required vaccination to protect against brucellosis and meet state and interstate movement regulations.

  • Enforce 3 booster at weaning and again prior to transport
Helps protect against respiratory illness during stressful periods such as weaning and travel.

  • Chondro status and horn status testing
Genetic testing to determine whether a calf carries the dwarfism gene and whether it is genetically polled or horned, providing clear expectations for size and management.

  • Official veterinary health certificate for out of state travel
Issued by a licensed veterinarian to confirm the calf is healthy and approved for interstate movement.

  • Brand Inspection
Legal documentation verifying ownership prior to transfer or transport.

  • Approximately four weeks of hands on socialization and halter exposure
Daily handling, grooming, and halter work to ensure calves are calm, manageable, and comfortable around people.

Payment and Pickup

Calves are required to be picked up by six months of age.

Full payment is due one week prior to pickup or transport and must be made via Venmo or check

If a calf is not picked up by six months of age, continued calf care is available at a rate of fifteen dollars per day until pickup or transport is arranged.

Weaning and Socialization

Calves are weaned at approximately four months of age using a low stress fence weaning process alongside their dam. This allows for a calm, natural transition and reduces stress on both cow and calf.

Following weaning, calves spend approximately four weeks receiving daily handling, grooming, halter exposure, and socialization. This time helps build trust and prepares calves to be calm and manageable when they arrive at their new ranch or homestead.

Deposits and Contracts

To reserve a calf, we require:  A signed Cattle Sale Contract  A fifty percent non refundable deposit  Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price and secure your selected calf or waitlist position.
